Terms of Purchase

These terms apply to purchases of BSS Navigator from Maksim Grachev, Gleisstraße 20, 04229 Leipzig, Germany. They supplement any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

BSS Navigator is an independent English-language comparison of the official incubators in the 2026–28 Berliner Startup Stipendium funding call. It includes application windows, eligibility information, program fit, contacts and links to official sources.

The regular one-time price for the BSS Navigator bundle is €9. The current launch price is €5. The bundle includes access to the maintained database for the 2026–28 funding call and BSS Personal Match.

The launch price is promotional and may end. The amount displayed at Stripe Checkout is the price charged for that purchase. Previous purchasers keep access if the launch price later changes. There is no subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe using the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Access is normally delivered immediately after successful payment. A signed browser cookie remembers access for up to 180 days. You can restore access on another device by requesting a time-limited link using the email entered at checkout.

By accepting the confirmation at checkout, you expressly request that delivery begins before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once delivery of the digital content begins.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the database for your own startup research. You may not republish, resell, scrape or distribute the full database or share access links or access tokens with others.

We maintain the database against public information from the Berlin Senate and individual incubators. Programs can change dates, requirements and contacts without notice. BSS Navigator does not guarantee admission, funding or the continued availability of any third-party program. Always verify material decisions with the linked official source.

We aim to keep the service available throughout the 2026–28 funding call but may perform maintenance or make reasonable changes to improve security, accuracy and usability.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, BSS Navigator is an informational aid and is not legal, tax, funding or immigration advice.

German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of habitual residence.
